Question Everynight I sneeze non-stop, and my eyes get watery and my nose starts running. What can I do to stop it? Could it be allergies? Any Medications I can take? PLEASE HELP!! Best Answer allergies...i do the same damn thing drives me nuts..i have lived in the same home for a long while haven't changed detergents or anything but i do the same try some over the counter allergy med Zyrtec, or something similar the pharmacist will be able to help..also dust under your bed and vacuum your bare mattress and pillows I know that sounds corny but it gets dust mites which everyone has...if you have allergies my Dr says you should vacuum mattress and pillows every month..good luck hoe it works it did for me Source(s): ME TOO...EXPERIENCE Others It has to stop eventually. See a Dr at night? change your sheets, spray anti allergen, I guarantee you have a billion mites in your bedroom. change your sheets, your pillow cases, wash your pillows, steam clean it all. I guarantee that the next night you won't sneeze. ME!! It used to happen to me. you may be allergic to dust Sometimes we are allergic to dust and molds i am so get you a room air purifier if you can it might help and always make sure you get all the dust and out from behind things in your bedroom dust builds so quickly and that could be your problem if you can go get an allergy test done it doesn't take long and it is not painful |
